Golden Boat Press was officially founded on September 15, 2016 with the intention of providing professional publications for creative and talented authors from around the world, who can show us strong narrative structure, great characters, great plots, beautiful prose, and complicated themes in any genre. It offers independent and traditional services.
Words from the CEO of Golden Boat Press, Inc.:
Golden Boat Press takes its name from the revered hill in Tragnel, Kampong Chhnang called Phnom Touk Meas, which is translated as Golden Boat Hill. Tragnel, the birthplace of the renowned folk tale Neang Kongrey, holds special significance to my family as it is where my father originates. Departing his hometown at the age of 18 in pursuit of education and a promising future, he eventually found himself in Pailin, Battambang, where he crossed paths with my mother.
Amid the harrowing era of the Democratic Kampuchea, my father, among others, faced the coercive wrath of soldiers who, at gunpoint, compelled them to raze temples and libraries in Battambang, consigning books, artifacts, relics, and edifices that embodied Khmer civilizations to flames. The burden of guilt weighed heavily on him from that moment onwards. Thus, in an effort to assuage his remorse, I established Golden Boat Press with the mission to recover those lost repositories of knowledge while also unearthing new ones. In a world devoid of illumination, darkness, coldness, and lifelessness reign. At Golden Boat Press, we endeavor to be purveyors of light, illuminating the path to knowledge and understanding.

Love is not as predictable as cartomancy (unless you are a skilled fortune teller who can read hearts instead of cards). Etta Kem and Samuel Angk, two heartbroken people, swear off love faster than you can say "swipe left" when their loved ones suggest they find someone. But fate has other plans when a chance encounter sends sparks flying - and not just from the faulty spark plug of Sam's car.
As their romance blossoms like sunflowers reaching for the warm embrace of the sun, despite Etta's best friend constantly lighting it up with his suspicions, our lovebirds face another obstacle: a mysterious figure who will do anything to disrupt their love.
Can Etta and Sam overcome their relationship's hurdles, or will they need a cartomancer to break the barriers impeding their connection? Tune in to see if true love wins or if their story ends up on the ''Who the heck did I date?" For You Page of TikTok.
